I have used Autoworks for years and highly recommend them to anyone who wants honest correct work done on their car or truck. It is the only place I'll take my vehicles to for work as only necessary work is done with recommendations made for future work. Friendly people also.

I was sick and tired of poor service at the dealership and reached out to Autoworks of Issaquah. I was really impressed from the very first phone call. They made a lasting impact on me and helped me in saving hundreds of dollars. I will NEVER go anywhere else and will recommend them to everyone who will listen. These guys rock!!

Autoworks of Issaquah was outstanding! Great customer service from Jeff and Ashley. They were so engaged and friendly. My car dealer was so back logged and I couldn't get an appointment for over a month! Well I couldn't wait that long. I would be stranded on the side of the road somewhere if I didn't get it fixed as soon as possible. I googled "Auto Repair Near Me" and found Autoworks of Issaquah. I sent an instant message through their website telling them what my car issues were and they set up an appointment to bring it in the next morning. They drove me to work and picked me up from work when the work was finished that same day. I am very pleased with the mechanics who fixed my car. It is running great again and they didn't try to up sell me on a bunch of extra work I didn't need done. Which is very rare for a lot of auto shops and it is much appreciated! Very highest recommendation! 1/ I was able to secure an appointment for a potentially dangerous and urgent electrical system problem very easily. 2/ John and Jeff were very professional and friendly, and Jeff even drove me to a nearby cafe on a rainy PNW morning so I could do my remote work while I waited. 3/ This is my very first review on Google, Yelp, etc. Autoworks of Issaquah is so good I've broken my streak of silence :) (General ProTip: I am newly in this area for a brief stretch, so I found them by using a strategy that has worked well in the many places I've lived as a Digital Nomad: I called 3 local Auto Parts store and described my specific needs. All three of them included Autoworks in their recommendations.).

I was stranded on I 90 with a blown transmission. Luckily, I was able to get my vehicle to Autoworks. They replaced my transmission within 2 days. The crew at Autoworks proved to be very trustworthy and professional. Their office and garages were spotless. Plus they offered me a loaner vehicle without even asking. If I was a local, I would be bringing all my vehicles here!!
