Issaquah Auto Repair

This is my 2nd experience with Autoworks of Issaquah and once again I am quite pleased with their customer service and quality of repair. Easy online scheduling and communication through phone calls and text messaging was great. You get the expense of the repair upfront and agreed to. If you need scheduled maintenance of your car or repair of mechanical issues I would recommend giving them a try. I think you will be as satisfied as I am.

The team is competent, caring, and compassionate. They fairly manage issues at hand and make one feel comfortable with their recommendations. We travel from West Seattle to remain in their vehicle care and highly recommend this team and shop to anyone in need of professional services.

Service very prompt and efficient - there was an early possible snafu when I checked the car in but this was resolved very quickly and professionally!! I stayed in the office while service was performed - anticipated a two hour wait and work was completed well within this timeframe. A++ Experience having all four breaks and emergency breaks fixed. -Great service with extra mile efforts to get my car fixed right -Fast Turnaround, 2 days amazing to get the parts shipped and all of the work done -They even test rode the car 10 miles to make sure it worked correctly My car was dangerous to drive and Uhaul move from Colorado.
