Jeff and his group did excellent and fast work on my 20 year-old Jeep, correctly diagnosing and replacing bad drive shaft.

My friend and I were headed back to Utah from a trip in Washington when her check engine light came on and we found out it was a cylinder misfire. Autoworks of Issaquah was the first place recommended to us for their work and integrity. When we had tried 5 other places and they were all booked out, they promised to do whatever they could to squeeze us in despite having full book and being down 2 technicians. Ashley even came out and made sure I was OK when I got a little emotional. These people are so kind and the quality of their work is next to none. Would 100% recommend.

The team at Autoworks of Issaquah is very professional, patient, and low key making it easy to work with them and trust they advice. If you want to have them review a car problem allow them enough time to schedule a proper appointment, rather than expecting a quick fix.
