I was pleased with the service

We took our Volvo to the dealership and got an estimate for $4000 in repairs. Wanting a second opinion, we researched local auto repair and Autoworks of Issaquah kept coming up. From the initial phone call to payment for services, Autoworks has been a breeze to deal with! The location is ideal being close to the Transit Center, we were always able to schedule service in a timely manner and repairs were always finished the same day. Oh, and so far, I've only paid $1200.....not $4000. I'm a fan!

I damaged the automatic shift mechanism in my car. It's a 2002 and required a new steering column. Ford said there was a six-month waiting list for the part. Jon at Autoworks found a new one and I had the car back in just a few days.These guys always do a great job for our family.
