I needed a pre-purchase inspection done asap. Autoworks accommodated my needs that afternoon. I appreciated their willingness to understand my need and make arrangements to make it happen.

After having my vehicle (AWD manual transmission Ford Escape) serviced at another local auto shop a few years ago, I was more than irritated that it suddenly had an annoying, loud and constant rattle in the area of the front suspension, which that shop "could not identify." Two additional shops (including the dealership) could not, or did not take the time to investigate it thoroughly, but charged me anyway. FINALLY, I tried Autoworks, primarily to address another more pressing issue--alternator replacement. They not only identified, but fixed for a reasonable price the broken linkage, along with an overall vehicle inspection and servicing. They were highly professional, responsive, very pleasant to work with, and reasonable in price. Highly recommended!

Superb Service!

In 6 weeks they've worked on two of our cars, one with an appointment, the other dropped off one night with a note and plea for help. In both cases we received clear communication regarding the problem(s) and repair options and found the work to be completed very timely. The shop earned our business by being trustworthy, professional and providing excellent service.

Autoworks came highly recommended, and you did not disappoint. I was met with a friendly greeting and was given information about what would be done and an accurate estimate of the cost. Your shuttle service was very courteous and prompt. I was given a detailed sheet of exactly what had been done and told that nothing else was necessary to be done at this time. No sales job! I appreciated that.

Our car had an obscure problem, needing an obscure part, and they got the part and got it resolved quickly -- before we needed that car for a trip. All in all a great experience.
