This was my first visit, and my impression is very positive! They are very professional and courteous. I received straightforward answers and no run-around, which I greatly appreciated. They advertise "Your satisfaction with our service is a matter of personal and professional pride to us." It shows!! I am glad I found a high quality automotive service.

Autoworks was recommended to us by our tow truck driver after our subaru broke down Thursday evening. John called me Friday ahead of Memorial Day weekend. He somehow fit us into their busy schedule to not only diagnose but also repair our car- we were able to pick up our car Friday evening. We were simply amazed at the efficiency as we expected this to be a week long endeavor. We have found our new auto mechanic!

Work was performed to expectations. I am not sure if some of the recommendations for service were selling or necessary. Time will tell and I will award a 5 if my experiences continue to be good and my trust increases. Fair and honest car repair shops are hurt by the few bad apples in the business.
