My family has been taking our cars to this place for decades. Literally. I’ve always gotten great service, and I trust them implicitly.

My retirement and move to Issaquah necessitated a great many adjustments including a different maintenance schedule for my 2015 Subaru. Finding and using the services of Autoworks has been one of my easiest adjustments. The staff at Autoworks did a complete review of my car's systems and recommended fluid replacements designed to keep my car on the road as long as I retain ownership. Previous experience with an old badly maintained hardly driven vehicle tells me this is the best option. I feel confident that when issues arise, the knowledgeable and caring staff at Autoworks will quickly diagnose and fix the problem. They deserve more than the 5 star rating.

I am so glad to have these guys as my auto shop! They are the real deal, and I can put on the milage confident in my vehicle because I know Autoworks does a thorough job. They are fast, courteous, efficient, and competitive. Don't waste your time elsewhere!

Yes, the prices are high, but you get what you pay for. They were so helpful. I was told that a part that was needed would be better to get from the dealership. They were limited on their resources, and the part was on back order. I would have a quicker fix if I went to the dealer since the part was on backorder and faster to get the part. They were kind enough to explain everything they did to test the car out. They sent me photos and updates on what they did. I recommend them if you want to know the most about your vehicle.

Scenario: Car unable to start in the middle of the afternoon during December at the boat landing. What to do? After a wonderful gentleman jump started my car and followed me to the only auto repair shop I knew in Issaquah, Autoworks, I breathed a sigh of relief. I knew I was in good hands as I left my car for diagnosis and probable battery replacement. After Ashley offered a ride home, the feedback of the problem was immediate, dead battery, and the solution, replacement the next day with the ride back to the shop confirmed. As a senior citizen, new to the great Pacific NW, I was certain I would have my car in working order after service by the knowledgeable and caring Autoworks of Issaquah staff. I wish I could give more than five stars. You earned it.
