Very professional group. Repairs were good and they also did a multipoint inspection of the vehicle which was included in the original estimate and the final bill matched the estimate. I would bring my other vehicles there.

Heard back quickly with what was wrong with my car. I really appreciated their honest recommendation; it wasn't dire that I replace what was wrong immediately, it could wait until I schedule routine maintenance next year.

My wife and I sent conflicting information to Autoworks, causing much confusion. Autoworks staff resolved all issues and fixed the situation. We've used them for more than a decade and will continue to use them for decades to come. Very satisfied!

Went in to have my brakes and started fixed. I was told they would need to do a diagnostic test on the starter to make sure that was the problem and nothing else. From previous reviews I was confident they would be able to find the problem and resolve the problem. They didn't disappoint; the starter was the issue and replaced and my brakes were done as well. Almost a week later my beloved Regal is starting and braking with no issues at all. I was very very impressed by the service at Autoworks and will be returning in June to have my transmission pan and transmission cleared of any metal shavings. Thank you all at Autoworks of Issaquah!

As always, the crew at Autoworks of Issaquah took extra care in assessing and fixing our car's issues. Todd (the owner) took time himself to drive our car to see if he could reproduce an intermittent problem that was frustratingly absent when we brought the car in. I highly recommend you bring your car here for servicing and repairs.

I love this shop! The first time I took my car in, it had over 150k miles and they found only one minor thing wrong, which is what I brought it in for. They could have EASILY given me a list of things to be done, but they were honest. I appreciated that SO much as a single gal who doesn't know much about car maintenance! They offer shuttles within a reasonable distance which makes it really easy to get an oil change done when I'm at work. (I drop it off on my lunch break & have them bring me back to work and then pick me up after work to go back to the shop.) I highly recommend this shop! They also have oil change punch cards and referral perks which is really nice!!
