I want to speak to the honesty and overall excellent customer service of Autoworks! Following some intermittent starting issues, it was diagnosed that we needed a new starter in our 1998 vehicle which was logical since it was the original starter. I gave authorization to proceed with the installing of a new starter. Later that day, Autoworks advised they had found a loose electrical connection wire, they reconnected it and said there was no need for a starter and there would be no charge! I truly believe most auto repair facilities would have gone ahead and installed the starter and charged for it and I would have never known the difference but, not Autoworks! And, to top that, their customer service shuttle arrived promptly at my wife's work to pick her up and bring her back to the shop to pick up the vehicle! We have been customers of Autoworks for over 25 years and have had many other similar excellent experiences with them!

The best auto repair shop, hands down. They're extremely knowledgeable and expedient. The quality of work is second to none and I trust them with any work that I need done on my vehicle. Highly competent mechanics who don't overcharge and/or do unnecessary work. Very fortunate to have a place with such high integrity in the neighborhood. Jon, Todd and the guys are friendly, honest, professional and always willing to give a transparent explanation of what's going on. They've saved me a countless dollars with their upfront and straightforward approach. Can't say enough good things about Autoworks!
