We are regular customers of Autoworks of Issaquah. Their customer service is outstanding - their people are friendly, patient, willing to explain things in detail, and most of all trustworthy. We have had consistently good experiences with the quality of their work.

They do a very thorough job and I feel like they always have my best interest at heart. I trust them fully and they are the only car shop that I will go to. Every time I get my car back I notice an improvement in the way my car performs. I highly recommend this shop!

My transmission broke on the way up to skiing at Snoqualmie. Very stressful. My Yukon was towed to Autoworks where I found both Kaiden (and James who made a follow-up call when Kaiden was out) to be very helpful, patient and professional. Correspondence, pictures, cost and breakdown were sent to me in real time as changes occurred and I could message via the site as well. They were quick and did a wonderful job with the repair. I really appreciate their kindness and professionalism and will not hesitate to bring my car there in the future should I need repairs or recommend them to others. I honestly think this is the best experience I have had with car service. Thank you!
