I had heard about Autoworks from neighbors and decided to give them a shot when my battery and brake lights suddenly came on one day. Setting up an appointment was easy to do on their website, and I received an email confirmation soon after my submission. The morning of my appointment, I found my car completely dead. I called Autoworks and they were very understanding and told me to bring it in whenever I could. One tow truck later, I was so grateful they still let me bring it in even though I had missed my appointment time. During the day, they gave me a call to give me a diagnosis of the issue, the cost, and an estimated time of completion. They were super helpful and patient in helping me understand the issues. When I went to pick it up, it was nice to see the faces behind the friendly voices on the phone. They seem to really care for their customers! The entire process was seamless. I hope I don't have to be back any time soon (at least not for anything major), but I know that the next time I need someone to work on my car, Autoworks will be my first call.
