Repair estimate was over $500. Without any car repair experience, I was able to complete the same repair in 30min with less than $50 worth of supplies from Amazon and an 8min YouTube video. This might actually be typical pricing, but it's hard not to be upset by the experience. Won't likely go back.

Had an electrical problem in my car with all kinds of warning lights. They were upfront in what they would do and sent photos of what their diagnostic tools were saying. Turned out to be just a wheel sensor. All was fixed for a few hundred bucks. Even had a loaner car. Great experience. Would go back in the future.

Electrical battery & alternator check up! -changed oil -dirty air filter -nail in the tire

I took my 05 subaru Forester in there cause i was losing coolant at the same rate i poured it in so obviously i knew i had a leak. It was leaking on the drivers side just under the air conditioner. Since im not familiar with unhooking the refrigerant lines i took it in to see if they could find out from where leaking from. When they called me to see if i wanted to rebuild the engine i said no its not worth it he replied with ok I wont charge you for anything so you dont have to put more money in it. But When i came to pick up the car. i was charged $145 for them to run a test to see if i had a leak. Ummmm huh???? So they basically put water in the radiator and watched it pour out and that was it. Didnt even bother to find out where it was cause i didnt want them to rebuild the engine. It was so ridiculous. Unless you know exactly whats wrong with your car I would never take a car here to get an estimate again cause they will charge you for doing nothing

I went to AutoWorks for advice on catalytic converter protection to keep thieves from stealing mine. They were very helpful and provided an amazing solution which I took advantage of. I can't say enough for these guys. They are the only shop in Issaquah that I deal with regarding cars.

Very friendly and concerned with meeting my expectations. When I went in I had a very helpful discussion with the technician to match what I wanted repaired with the process the technician would use and the cost. He also referenced notes from my last service which really helped. The service was completed in less time than the estimate which was also nice.

First class service. I brought my car in for a repair and it was fixed promptly. I drove it away and the car died about 20 minutes later. They drove out and evaluated the issue, sat with my car until a tow truck came and towed it back at no expense to me. The new issue was no fault of theirs but they took care of the car, charging me only for new parts, no labor. They kept me updated on when the car would be ready and even had it washed for me when I picked it up. Highly recommend bringing your car here for service. Great team.
