Autoworks was recommended to me by another repair business - one I was completely satisfied with - when they felt I might have an issue they might not be able to help me with. Not only were you able to get me up and running again, but the whole experience of working with you, from front counter to picking up a newly healthy rig, was pleasant, friendly, efficient, and timely. So much so that the next time I needed service, I came to Autoworks again: same thing. As long as I live in the area, and you guys’ door is open, you’ll have my business: you’ve earned it. Thanks!

Fast, friendly, professional service

Staff made sure my needs were addressed when I dropped off my car. Services were very reasonably priced and professional.

We took both of our cars here and the service was top notch both times. Online booking made it quick & easy. Jeff & the rest of the team were very friendly, quick, & professional. We honestly couldn't have asked for better service. So happy to have found our go-to mechanic!

This is my go-to place. Great communication, responsive and they provide regular updates. They're straightforward about what the problem is and what evidence they have for it. Never any gimmicks like implying risks.

My car battery died in the middle of the afternoon. I called Autoworks of Issaquah and Jon squeezed me in even though I didn't have an appointment. Battery was replaced and I was on my way in less than 30 minutes. I've been taking my cars there for years and they always provide excellent service.
