Good customer service. Thorough and helpful. The thing I like most is that Autoworks, unlike many other repair shops, does NOT try to talk me into having $2000-$3000 worth of extra work done. Honest and fast.

Autoworks of Issaquah has always been extremely responsive to our requests for information and estimates. They provided shuttle service when we needed it and always contacted us before performing any work that wasn't pre-authorized. We feel that Autoworks is very honest in their dealings with customers and plan to bring more of our vehicles in for future service.

Replaced front struts on 2001 Mercedes. Expensive job, but I didn't even think twice about shopping around as I'm confident the job will be done correctly by Autoworks Issaquah. Car rides much better now, job was done in one day.

I was driving to Spokane from SeaTac recently and my car began to over heat. I researched import mechanics in the area and made a few calls. I've had this 2002 VW GTI since it was new. It's been in 48 states and I've dealt with many mechanics. What a blessing that I broke down close to Issaquah! After speaking with John on the phone I knew my search was over. Been using Autoworks exclusively for almost 20 years. Have always had excellent professional service. Tthey keep a tidy shop Their focus on the customer is unbeatable. The service is reasonably priced, I've never had any problems with the quality of their work. They do a thorough inspection whenever they do any work and identify things that you "may want to keep an eye on". No up-selling, just good advice. It is the only shop that I have ever trusted completely and recommend to anyone that will listen, i send all my friends and family there. Keep up the good work Todd !
