Jon was excellent as always, friendly, courteous and helpful, and explained things well. The other desk worker felt the need to talk down to me a bit ("So the brake light only goes off when you release the ebrake all the way? Really, is that how it works? Yeah the problem is that it doesn't, thanks for the tip though"), but otherwise a pleasant experience. Can't argue with the mechanical work, it's been solid.
