I ha a very good experience with Issaquah Auto. They fixed my car within the time they said it would be ready. They drove me me home and picked up, when the car was ready. I was very happy with the work Issaquah Auto did on my car.

Great guys at Autoworks. Gave me a ride home. Very good communication. They have great prices for service.

This shop is very trust worthy, has great customer service and it they can't fix it, will recommend someone who will. (Like the transmission in our truck) They listen to their customer and will call you when they feel they need to do any extra diagnostics. My husband and I very satisfied with their work.

It was just an oil change, but they have always been great at letting me know hat works needs to be done and what things may need to be done in the future. That is, they don't try to get you to do unnecessary work.

I brought in my old Jeep for maintenance (radiator leaking & needed replacement). They did excellent work and kept me informed about progress,etc.

Honest and ThoroughWe have taken several of our cars to Autoworks, with good results.Recently we were told by another shop that we were in bad need of a brake job, rather than doing with it with them I checked with Autoworks and even got a better price. When we took it in and they checked the brakes they called saying that both front and back were fine, saving us a pretty substantial amount.It's nice to get both Honesty and good work - Thanks Autoworks! (they may have gotten an even higher rating but we have not had to take any really major repairs to them)
