A splash guard for my car was dangling causing a ton of scraping to occur when driving and going over bumps. Unfortunately, I don't have a jack for my car to be able to get under there and see if it was just missing a few clips/screws. I called a few minutes after they opened to see if I can get this sorted the same day and they were able to get me an appointment the same morning. I brought my car in and they got it fixed within about 15 minutes! Was just missing a few clips and a screw which they didn't charge me for which is great! Just had to pay for labor and I was good to go. I definitely am coming back here if I run into any other issues and would recommend as the folks were all very nice and did good work!

Thank You Brian! We're glad we could get that resolved for you. Never good to have things hanging off and scraping! Just keep in mind we do perform a full spectrum of maintenance services as well, all count toward any manufacturer warranty in effect.

I've been taking my cars to Autoworks for ~7 years now. I've always found them to be honest, fairly-priced, and to do great work. They have never recommended anything I didn't need; in fact, they've told me a number of times when I didn't yet need to do a repair I asked about. In addition, they finish the work quickly and are usually pretty proactive in calling me when it's finished. I find the service to be much, much better (and the prices much fairer) than the dealership in Bellevue.

Autoworks quoted very competitively for the work I needed, they were able to perform the work quickly with very little lead time, and my final bill was less than the original quote. Plus, their staff is super friendly and made me feel at home. Thank you Autoworks!

I appreciated James coordinating with me on the SRS dash light issue. Unfortunately, installing the new expensive switch in the dash did not solve the problem. The adjustment to the hand break made it real tight. It has only a short distance to pull before it is set. The service was done in a timely manner. Thanks. Joe, I appreciate you coming back by so we could better adjust that parking brake handle for you. I know we discussed the SRS issue with you prior to making that repair, we were all hopeful it would be resolved. Since we weren't able to consistently duplicate the fault it came down to trying that part or keep attempting to catch an intermittent electrical ghost. We all wish it would have worked out better. Thanks for sticking with us, and never hesitate to reach out to us directly if something isn't quite right.
