Alan's welcome on the phone and giving me clear accurate needs & estimate on 60,000 mile check-up; to Kevin's p/u me & home- his clean cut manner & humble attitude in helping supporting the mechanics by keeping shop clean. I was allowed to go in & see how clean and orderly the well outfitted work area was. Cleanest shop seen ever! Shows your alls pride in workmanship. Met the mechanic who diagnosed the sway bar end link repair needed as well as cabin filter. I've been bragin on u all to my friends and even daughters who live two states different from here. This comment reflects something special is going on there. Wow what a positive, kind, considerate, and thoroughly delightful encounter( especially in contrast to other recent repair services).
