Safety:
We are sanitizing all common contact surfaces in your vehicle both before and after servicing it. This includes the steering wheel, shifter, driver's interior and exterior door handles. Employees are wearing gloves while servicing your vehicle. We are sanitizing our office and facility regularly.
If you feel ill, or feel you could be at risk, Please stay home and contact us to reschedule you appointment.
Drop Off and Pick Up with limited or no contact at all:
You may choose to enter our regularly sanitized office if you're healthy, or:
Leave the keys in your car and call, text, knock, or wave and we will take over from there!
*Only during business hours. Make sure to leave the doors unlocked.
Drop your keys in our key drop slot any time, if we're open or not!
*Make sure your vehicle is locked if we are not open. Key slot is located in the wall to the right of our office door.
Convenience Options:
Shuttle Service within the local Issaquah and Sammamish areas to those who are feeling healthy. We can also call an Uber. We have loaner cars available by reservation. And we have arrangements with Enterprise for car rental.
Full Service Vehicle Pick-Up and Drop Off. By appointment we will come to you, pick up your vehicle requiring service, and return it once the service is complete.
Whenever possible, we are limiting your time at our office. You may wait for oil changes and smaller services but we would prefer you plan for a short walk or make arrangements with family, friends, or with us in advance for a ride home or to work. Or feel free to ask us about any of the other options we have available.
All business can be conducted electronically or by phone:
