1. What are
your hours?
| Monday through Friday 7:30am to
5:30pm. |
2. What if I
cannot make it in during these hours?
|
Oversleep
sometimes, huh? Well, we have an envelope and a mail slot to the
right of the front door to drop your vehicle off when it is
convenient for you. Just park your car in the lot, fill out the
envelope, put your keys inside the envelope, and drop the envelope
through
the slot. We will give you a call at the number you leave to
discuss what we are going to do with your vehicle. You can also
print out our "Night
Drop" form and fill it out in the comfort of your own home
ahead of time. |
3. What if I
cannot pick up my car when you are open?

If you would like
you can give us a credit card number over the phone and we can
bill your credit card and leave the keys with the vehicle for you. |
4. Do you
take credit cards?
|
You bet. We take
both Master Card and VISA. We don't accept American Express or
Discover, however. |
5. Do you
have a warranty?
|
Absolutely! One of

6.
What kind of cars do you work on?
|
We work on most all
Domestic, Japanese, and European automobiles. Feel free to call us
to discuss your particular car. |

Do you work on Saabs and BMWs?
|
Yep! We work on
Audis, Saabs, BMWs, Land Rovers, Jaguars, Mercedes, and Porsches. |
8.
Do you know where I can get a rental car to use while you are
working on mine?

Sure do! Enterprise
Car Rental is the place to go. They will pick you up at home,
work, or at our shop. Their phone number is 425-391-9495. |

Do you offer a shuttle service?
|
Indeed we do. We
offer a free shuttle service for Issaquah and the Sammamish
Plateau. There is also a Park and Ride one block from our

10.
You guys are so nice... I want to send you an expensive gift. What
address shall I use?
